Now it's your turn to experience the new world of AMRIT! If you love AMRIT and were able to get your hands on a goodie bag, then this is your opportunity to easily recreate your favorite AMRIT x Planted dish at home.

Ingredients for the marinade:

- Amrits Spices Spice No. 1
- 2 packs of Planted Chicken-Nature
- 1/2 tbsp (black) salt
– 2 tbsp mustard oil
– 1 tbsp fresh mint
– 1 tbsp fresh coriander
– 1/2 tbsp vegan curd alternative
– 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Mix the Planted Chicken with Amrits Spices Seasoning No. 1 with the other ingredients and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Ingredients for preparation:

- Amrits Spice Spice No. 2
- Oil for frying
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1-4 Garlic cloves
- 2.5 cm ginger, coarsely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies
- 3-4 green cardamom pods
- 1 kg tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup cashew nuts
- A small handful of coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegan butter alternative

Preparation:

2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the Planted Chicken-Nature until golden brown. Then set aside.
3. In the same pan in which the Planted Chicken was fried, add half of the
Amrits Spice No. 2 and fry briefly.
4. Add onions, garlic, ginger, chillies and cardamom pods and
fry until onions are golden brown.
5. Add tomatoes, cashews, coriander, salt and other half of AMRIT Spice
Spice No. 2, cook well and then puree finely. Cook the sauce
with the vegan butter alternative until it thickens.
6. Return the fried planted chicken to the sauce to heat through.
7. Before serving, season with the vegan curd alternative and lemon juice for a creamy and slightly sour taste.
8. Garnish with fresh mint and fresh coriander.
