{"id":657,"date":"2020-01-03T13:07:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-03T13:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amrit.de\/from-lake-constance-to-bollywood\/"},"modified":"2025-02-05T14:24:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T14:24:29","slug":"from-lake-constance-to-bollywood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amrit.de\/en\/from-lake-constance-to-bollywood\/","title":{"rendered":"From Lake Constance to Bollywood"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From Lake Constance to Bollywood \u2013 AMRIT brings a touch of India to the political summer party of the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg State Representation.<\/p>\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/z685QMvKitI?si=-A4iAdD_2jqOTCW1\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\r\n\n<p>We had a wonderful evening at the 53rd Stallw\u00e4chterparty at the Representation of the State of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg to the Federal Government. This exclusive event carried the theme: \u201cweltweit:\/\/weltoffen \u2013 From Lake Constance to Bollywood.\u201d With such a theme, AMRIT, with its delicious dishes and plenty of decoration, of course, had to be a part of it.<\/p>\n\n<p>The AMRIT restaurants were responsible not only for preparing traditional Indian dishes but also for creating the Indian atmosphere. The entire team spent a week decorating the State Representation with a variety of Indian statues, colorful saris, and exotic plants.<\/p>\n\n<p>Culinarily, we delighted the approximately 2000 guests at the summer party with multiple stations. At the entrance, the first tandoor clay ovens were set up, and our Indian specialty chefs treated the arriving guests to delicious tandoori appetizers \u2014 freshly prepared in the oven. Our charming service staff appeared at this event in traditional Indian attire, welcoming guests with our popular flying service and Indian delicacies.<\/p>\n\n<p>The feast continued with a long buffet filled with delicious curries, ranging from mild to spicy, and offering vegan, vegetarian options, as well as our famous \u201cTiger\u201d jumbo prawns. The highlight of the day: our live cooking station, where Indian biryanis were prepared non-stop, and in additional clay ovens, Indian breads were being freshly baked.
