Visiting India with AMRIT CEO Harmeet Bans<\/h3>\n\n

In the documentary series \u201cExpedition Heimat,\u201d people from all over the world who have been living in Germany for some time are accompanied on a journey back to their homeland. In this episode, one of the two AMRIT founders, Harmeet Bans, travels from Berlin to Thane, near Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n

The million-strong city and hometown of the two Bans brothers is called Thane and has now become firmly integrated with the megacity Mumbai. From Thane, the camera follows Harmeet \u201cBunty\u201d Bans through India, for example to Amritsar and the Golden Temple, the most important site for Sikhs. The journey continues from Punjab to Goa.<\/p>\n\n
