Fairtrade Basmati rice
Our Basmati rice comes directly from the Punjab, where it is grown under careful conditions by family farmers, some of whom are our relatives. Adapted to our high standards, the rice is grown and harvested exclusively for us to guarantee an incomparable flavour experience. This special quality makes it our own brand and an integral part of our cuisine.
Regional milk
Our homemade mango lassi and other products have been prepared exclusively with products from our regional partner ‘Hemme-Milch’ from Brandenburg for years. In spring and summer, the cows enjoy life on the pasture, where they eat fresh grass. When the weather doesn't allow it, they are fed a balanced diet that provides the necessary energy balance and minerals. This is how we guarantee the best quality and full flavour in every sip!
Premium blacktiger prawns
Our Blacktiger prawns belong to the premium class and are characterised by their tender, juicy meat, which has a slightly sweet flavour. This special flavour harmonises perfectly with a variety of spices and sauces. Thanks to their fine texture, they bring out the intense flavours and strong spices of our dishes in a special way, making every dish a true taste experience.
King of the mangoes
We only use Alphonso mangoes, also known as the ‘king of mangoes’. We source these special fruits directly from India, without any artificial additives or additional processing steps. On site, we ensure that every mango meets our high quality standards. An unadulterated flavour experience – straight from India to your table!

Our chicken and lamb is halal-certified and meets the highest quality standards. We attach great importance to transparency and want to ensure that you have confidence in the origin and processing of our products.
